The Ash Wednesday Ecumenical Declaration

Consistent with our long-standing support for vulnerable immigrants, Session approved joining PC(USA) (and 3,000+ organizations and individuals) in signing an open letter in support of refugee/immigrant people in the U.S.: “The Ash Wednesday Ecumenical Declaration: Defending Refuge".  It includes a call for national, state and local policy advocacy, as well as individual church actions to raise awareness and lift up these vulnerable people in prayer.
