About the event
The Chancel Choir, organist Kathie Metz, and violinist Madalyn Navis will be offering Gabriel Fauré’s Requiem as part of our observance of Good Friday. The word “requiem” translates to “rest”. Fauré’s music draws the listener toward peaceful acceptance and release; serene, elevating, comforting.
