“Plan to Stay Connected” is the theme for the 2012 Annual Response Program. Each Sunday during the annual response program fellow church members will reflect on our shared practical vision and how we are connected as a church family, so that we can prayerfully consider how much we can give back to God as repayment for the immeasurable grace and mercy we are given every day. This year everyone will receive a woven bracelet which affirms our connection to each other in our community of faith.

L Learn God’s expectations for giving.

A Allocate your resources according to God’s will.

N Never underestimate God’s ability and desire to meet your needs. God will honor your steadfastness when you honor your commitment.

Notice the change from prior years; to reduce paper, postage & waste, your brochure is also your estimate of giving response. Separate the brochure and return your estimate of giving when you return to church. you can mail your response, or take it to the church office, or put it in the Joash box. As always, it is the full participation of all that our Session seeks, as your responses directly impact your church’s capacity to accomplish all it does.

We thank God for the faithful and faith-filled generous givers throughout the year who, rejoicing in God’s goodness in the past and trusting in his continued faithfulness in the future, made it possible for the Church to close its books in the black for this year with the surplus going to debt reduction, property contingency fund replenishment and mission.

 

By God’s grace we have come through many toils and snares, and by God’s grace and your continuing gifts of time, talent, and treasures, we will move forward into an exciting next year in God’s Kingdom.
